Cancellation/Refund Policy: $50 cancellation charge will be placed automatically on the customers credit card provided at time of reservation if the cancellation is made within 10 calendar days of the scheduled event date. Customer will only receive a full refund of deposit if customer cancels due to rain or inclement weather conditions. Inclement weather is the only variable that will necessitate a refund.

A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED for any other reason except inclement weather. The time period for weather cancellations will be judged on a case by case basis, but no later than 8AM the date of the rental to receive a refund. NO REFUND will be issued after the equipment has been delivered, even if the equipment is not used. A) If the equipment malfunctions or is inoperable, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to notify Kidtastix immediately.

If Kidtastix , is not notified and given a chance to correct the problem, NO REFUND will be issued. If Kidtastix arrives at scheduled rental location and cancellation takes place the customer will be charged $200 cancellation, labor at $25 per person, and mileage from our office to said rental location.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
